How quotations, artwork approval, payment and delivery work when you order printing or packaging from us.
About these terms
These terms apply to orders placed with Anas Print House, Lahore, Pakistan, through this website, by phone, by WhatsApp or in person. Placing an order means you accept them.
Quotations
A quote request on this website is an enquiry, not an order. We reply with a quotation based on the details you give us. If the quantity, size, material or finish changes, the price may change too. An order is confirmed only once you accept the quotation and we confirm it back to you.
Artwork and proofs
- Nothing goes to print until you have approved the proof. Please check spelling, numbers, colours and layout carefully: once you approve a proof, we print exactly what it shows.
- You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every logo, image and text you send us.
- Colours on screen and on paper differ, and colours can vary slightly between print runs and materials. Small variations of this kind are not a printing fault.
Payment
We accept JazzCash, Easypaisa, Visa and Mastercard, and bank transfer. No payment is taken on this website. Any advance needed before printing starts is stated in your quotation.
Delivery
We deliver across Lahore and dispatch by cargo nationwide. We give a delivery date when we quote and will call you if anything is going to change it. Please check your order when it arrives and tell us about any problem straight away.
Problems with an order
If something we printed does not match the proof you approved, contact us as soon as you receive it and we will put it right. Because every job is printed to order, we cannot take back items that match the approved proof.
Offers
A running discount is taken off the quoted price under the terms shown with that offer, for as long as the offer is live.
